AUCTIONS are timed and open for 7 days for bidding. Bidder can manually bid or leave max bids.
PICK UP all items at our Willoughby Ohio warehouse. Or, buyer can arrange for shipping or freight.

NO credit card required to register.

NO IN-HOUSE PACKING OR SHIPPING is offered. We are happy to deliver unpacked items of appropriate size to the local FedEx or work with your shipper or freight company for pick-up at the warehouse. FedEx drop will require a 9-digit account number. Free account can be created on FedEx.com. There is a small handling fee for drop off service. Call us to make arrangements.

BRING YOUR OWN BOXES and packing material, A2B Vintage does not supply this.

10 OR 12 PERCENT 10 % buyer’s premium will be added the total for cash payments, 12% for check, credit card or PayPal payments.

7 PERCENT Ohio Sales tax will be added to invoice unless tax exempt.

TAX EXEMPT bidders should contact A2B Vintage and submit an Ohio Tax Exempt Form before paying invoice. Once on file, you’re good for a year. Completed forms can be submitted by e-mail or dropped-off at pick-up time. If Tax Exemption Form is not provided, tax will be charged for that sale. No sharing of Vendors License is permitted. See FAQs for link to form.

PAYMENT is due within 3 days – by specified pick-up date for your auction. Buyer will receive invoice by e-mail provided in bidder registration form within 24 hours after auction. Payment can be made on-line via PayPal or credit card by requesting a PayPal invoice.

Payment can also be made in person at pick-up time with PayPal, a major credit card, cash or good check. Payment with a check will require a valid driver’s license stating current address on check. Some checks may require items to be held until check clears. As you might expect, a bad check will result in a $45 return fee and you will be blocked from future auctions. Credit card payment can not be taken over the phone. No mailed payments will be accepted. PayPal or cash is always preferred.

A2B Vintage Auctions does not collect or store any payment information.

INVOICE MUST BE PAID in full before items can be removed from premises.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or refunds. Buyer is asked to inspect items before removing from premises. Once items are removed from premises, no returns are accepted.
