IN HOUSE SHIPPING WITH EXCEPTIONS: We are happy to pack and ship small to medium sized items in-house. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs with insurance. US and International Shipping charges will be added to invoice after auction. We do our best to combine when possible and will work to provide the best priority shipping method at the best rate. If there are no shipping charges on your invoice, you will be responsible to facilitate and pay for shipping. See below.
EXCEPTIONS: If items are too large, heavy or fragile to pack in-house, buyer is responsible to make arrangements for the pick-up, packing and shipping of these items. Buyer will need to contact a carrier below or of your choosing to facilitate and pay for all shipping costs. ITEMS WE WILL NOT PACK include but are not limited to lamps, medium to large artwork, oversized or heavy items of all types, all furniture items. A2B Vintage reserves the right to determine which items require external packing and shipping.
Any invoices totaling over $500.00, will be shipped signature required.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP: Local bidders can pick-up their items on the Friday and Saturday following auction date from 11am – 5pm, or by appointment. Pick-up will be provided curbside. Park and follow posted instructions. Buyers must bring invoice and paper and boxes if needed, this will not be provided. BEFORE PAYING INVOICE, PLEASE CALL OR TEXT TO LET US KNOW YOU WILL BE PICKING UP SO WE MAY GET YOUR ITEMS READY AND WE DO NOT SHIP THEM.
PICKUP LOCATION – 950 Erie Rd, Eastlake Ohio 44095 during pick-up hours only. No other business hours.
BIDDER must be registered before bidding.
BUYER’S PREMIUM OF 15 percent will be added to the final invoice for all electronic payment methods. Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, no cash, check or mailed payments are accepted.
SALES TAX: 7.25 percent Ohio Sales tax will be added to invoice unless tax exempt or out of state/Country.
TAX EXEMPT: bidders should submit a copy of Vendor’s License before paying invoice. Once on file, you are good for a calendar year. Vendors License can be submitted by e-mail. If vendors license is not provided, tax will be charged for that sale. No sharing of Vendors License is permitted. firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have a 2020 Vendor’s License on file, you are good until 2021.
PAYMENT: all payments will be made online via the Auction Zip platform and are due within 7 days of invoice date. Buyer will receive invoice by e-mail within 7 business days after auction close. Payment can be made via credit card and/or PayPal . Due to Covid19, no cash or check or in-person payments will be accepted. No mailed payments. We apologize for any inconvenience.
NONPAYMENT: If buyer does not pay for items within 14 days after invoice date, items will be returned to inventory. Nonpayment will trigger an automatic block to bid in future auctions.
A2B Vintage Auctions does not collect or store any payment information.
INVOICE MUST BE PAID in full before items can be removed from premises.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or refunds unless items are clearly not as described.
FAILURE TO PICK UP DURING SPECIFIED TIMES: If we do not hear from you within 14 days of the auction close, your payment will be forfeited, and your items will be resold. If special arrangements are needed, please contact us to discuss a solution.
ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS: with no guarantees implied or promised. We care very much about creating clear and honest listings and will always list defects and/or damage that we are aware of. However, we cannot guarantee the on-going working condition of electronic or motorized items. Or the longevity of all other items as this is greatly affected by their age, handling or use. Buyer is taking that risk, especially with vintage and antique items. Once an item is picked-up or shipped, it cannot be returned for any reason.
ACCEPTANCE – The placing of a bid shall constitute acceptance of the foregoing conditions of sale.
A2B Vintage reserves the right to remove auction items at any time, if needed. A2B Vintage reserves the right to revoke bids or bidder access to auctions for any reason. If a dispute arises over any auction items, A2B Vintage will be the final say in whatever outcome is decided.

Provenance and authenticity are not guaranteed by the consigner or auctioneer.
