A2B Vintage Auctions is now conducting on-line, live HUMP DAY auctions with available curbside pick-up in Eastlake Ohio. Due to the Covid19 crises, we are auctioning all items on-line until further notice.

AUCTIONS are live with pre-bidding. Auction date and start times will be listed for each auction.

IN HOUSE SHIPPING WITH EXCEPTIONS: We are happy to pack and ship small to medium sized items in-house. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs with insurance. US and International Shipping charges will be added to invoice after auction. We do our best to combine when possible and will work to provide the best priority shipping method at the best rate. No international shipping is available. If there are no shipping charges on your invoice, you will be responsible to facilitate and pay for shipping. See below.

EXCEPTIONS: If items are too large, heavy or fragile to pack in-house, buyer is responsible to make arrangements for the pick-up, packing and shipping of these items. Buyer will need to contact a carrier below or of your choosing to facilitate and pay for all shipping costs. If there are no shipping charges on your invoice, you are responsible to make these arrangements. Please call with any questions.

Invoices will be sent within 7 business days of auction end as we need to calculate shipping.

Winnings will be shipped within 7 business days of payment received in full. Please inform us if you would like to pick up your winnings. 

Items we will not pack include but are not limited to lamps, medium to large artwork, oversized or heavy items of all types, all furniture items. A2B Vintage reserves the right to determine which items require external packing and shipping.

Any invoices totaling over $500.00, will be shipped signature required.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP: BY APPOINTMENT, items are available for in-person or shipping company pick-up BY APPOINTMENT once invoice is paid on-line. Pick-up will be provided curbside and is contactless. If your invoice includes shipping charges, please do not pay invoice until shipping charges are removed. Let us know as soon as possible that you will be picking up your shippable and/or other items, before invoicing if possible. Call for appointment no sooner than the day after, but within 7 days after the auction. 440-796-5770. No in-person payments accepted. Park and follow posted instructions. Buyers must provide bidder number and invoice. Please bring your own paper and boxes if needed, this will not be provided. No business hours outside of appointments so please do not come without an appointment.

BUYER’S PREMIUM OF 15 percent will be added to the final invoice for all electronic payment methods. Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, no cash, check or mailed payments are accepted.

7.25 PERCENT Ohio Sales tax will be added to invoice unless tax exempt or out of state/Country.

TAX EXEMPT: bidders should submit a copy of Vendor’s License and current year Blanket Exemption form before auction ends. Once on file, you are good for a calendar year.  Vendors License can be submitted by e-mail or dropped-off at pick-up time. If vendors license is not provided, tax will be charged for that sale. No sharing of Vendors License is permitted.

If you have a 2020 Vendor’s License on file, you are good until 2021.

PAYMENT: is required online and is due within 7 days of invoice date. Buyer will receive invoice by e-mail within 7 business days after auction close. Payment can be made via credit card and/or PayPal VIA Auctionzip platform.

NONPAYMENT: If buyer does not pay for items within 14 days after invoice date, items will be returned to inventory. Nonpayment will trigger an automatic block to bid in future auctions.

A2B Vintage Auctions does not collect or store any payment information.

INVOICE MUST BE PAID in full before items can be removed from premises.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or refunds unless items are clearly not as described.
